Pengenalan Budaya Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan (PBAK) adalah kegiatan pembekalan bagi mahasiswa baru untuk memperkenalkan sistem budaya akademik dan pembelajaran di kampus. Pada hari Ahad 11 September 2022 kampus STAI Ar-Rosyid Surabaya telah melaksanakan kegiatan PBAK kepada semua mahasiswa baru yang diselenggarakan oleh BEM STAI AR-ROSYID SURABAYA.
